Our partner Sooraj Sanjay from Tyndal was at the European Materials Research Society (E-MRS) 2026 Spring Meeting in Strasbourg presenting it’s work on WO₃ thin films.
The talk, “Tailoring Carrier Transport in Crystalline Tungsten Oxide Thin Films by Controlling Oxygen Partial Pressure,” explored how oxygen vacancies drive correlated changes in both electronic transport and crystal structure in crystalline WO₃ thin films.
It was a great week of scientific discussions, networking, learning, interacting with researchers and helping out at the NanoIC pilot line booth, highlighting advances in Europe’s semiconductor ecosystem.
