Work in CONCEPT
To develop an ALD tool for the deposition of complex oxides on large-scale wafers. Baldur Coatings design tools optimized for the processes developed by the collaborative research teams within the CONCEPT project rather than to optimize the precursors to the tool. By working closely with academic and industry partners within the CONCEPT project, Baldur Coatings aims to make the distance between the lab and the factory as short as possible.
Institution information
Baldur Coatings AS performs research and development of ALD/MLD processes and tools. It is spun out from the research on ALD and MLD at the University of Oslo and acts as a bridge between fundamental research and application.
